a. Continuation of the March 26, 2003 hearing
to consider whether the City of Montebello is exempt, under Government Code
Section 56133 (e), from Ccommission
review and approval of its proposed out-of-agency service contract
for provision of fire protection services to the City
of Commerce.

Approve Minutes of the meeting held
b. Presentation to retiring Commissioner Hal Bernson in recognition of 21-years of service as a member on the Local Agency Formation Commission.
